As part of the preparations on for the Vice president’s visit at Kottayam tomorrow, newly repaired road has been drilled throughout to make just barricades. It seems like the local police made such foolish work without taking any advice from the PWD department.
According to Mr. Kochouseph Chittilappilly, see how the barricades are made; Roads, upon which cores are being invested by the layman’s tax money being abused beyond limits… All those holes on the roads will soon turn out to be huge potholes. It’s really disgusting and shameful.
