Aliyas, 21 years old, gets punished a death penalty for raping and killing an eight-year-old innocent girl in Rewari. The accused Aliyas was working as a vegetable seller and was part of a communist party in the village to do the rural social work. Session court has issued the order.
The accused approached the girl’s family and claimed that he could help to get a non-repay mode housing loan from the party office. When the girl child was alone at home, he raped her brutally and murdered on June 8, 2018.
The communist party has no office at Rewari, and no party leaders are ready to respond to media. The investigation officer had submitted enough evidence against the accused, and the court found all substantial evidence to prove his part in the crime.
